A 60 – 90 Minute workshop via Zoom conference call integrating an audio/visual presentation with break out rooms and other interactive exercises to maximize engagement and deepen understanding.


Participants will gain a better sense of what it means to live a balanced life. They will also take away valuable tools to help them play big, while living each day with purpose and intention.
