PURPOSE
To introduce the four primary Winning EQ Leadership Behavioral Styles, their associated Color Energies, and when they serve us as strengths or liabilities in various leadership situations.
PROCESS
A 60 – 90 Minute workshop via Zoom conference call integrating an audio/visual presentation with break out rooms and other interactive exercises to maximize engagement and deepen understanding.
PAY OFF
Participants will gain a base line knowledge of their own dominant behavioral styles, and how to identify the dominant styles of others for effective communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
