MARC STCHERBINA

Marc is a former professional rugby player whose career ended when he tragically broke his neck while playing. Fortunately he has made a near full recovery, and after two decades of elite level sport, combined with extensive study in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Mastery, he created Winning EQ as a platform to educate and inspire people to better know themselves and achieve excellence in all aspects of life. He is currently leveraging his 20 years experience in broadcasting, and current position as Major League Rugby lead commentator to deliver media training to athletes and sports teams. Marc is also an advocate for mental health, being an original member of the Global Mental Health Alliance and the #samehere movement.

MARK FRANCIS

English Mark gets out of bed to provoke, energise and transform individuals, sports teams and organisations; sometimes one-to-one, and often leading a full Company development programme.
He co-founded Uspire, a global business specialising in developing Corporate owners and sales teams to be the finest commercial leaders in the world. Uspire uses a Champion-led approach in clients like HSBC bank and Danone and works in L.A. with Chicken of the Sea, Big Bus and MAP Strategic.
Mark is the commercial development partner for Aussie Marc, with experience running Sales, Marketing and HR functions.

SHAWN LIPMAN

Shawn is the CEO of eCommerce feed optimization company Feedonomics. He is passionate about the role that technology can play in enabling successful online initiatives. Shawn is also an accomplished entrepreneur who employs his talents in finance, leadership, and general management to build compelling businesses. Shawn previously founded a health care company that in 10 years grew to be the contracted provider to some of the largest health care chains in the United States. A born leader, Shawn is a former USA Eagles National Rugby Team International, and was recently inducted into the USA Rugby Hall Of Fame for his leadership as a player, and also Gold medal winning coach of the USA National Maccabiah Rugby team.

SHELLY CARLIN

Shelly is Executive Vice President of HR Policy Association and its Center On Executive Compensation. Since joining the Association in 2014, she has worked on a range of human resource issues, including executive compensation and employer-sponsored health care. Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Motorola Solutions. During her tenure at Motorola, Shelly led the HR function through a period of substantial change, from the spin-off of its consumer cell phone business to a major transformation of how HR services are delivered. Shelly earned a BA and MBA from UCLA and was an Academic All American and a member of the Bruins’ 1982 NCAA Championship softball team. Shelly is also the founder of Sustaining Excellence, a non-profit organization created in 2014 to prepare collegiate student-athletes to successfully transition to a post-graduate career.

EVAN BURK

After dedicating 12 years to various leadership positions within football, Coach Evan Burk made the choice to transition his efforts to support all types of teams - even those outside of the world of sports. Now, he utilizes his leadership and communication skill sets to help organizations and companies identify elite performers and create high-performing teams. His expertise consulting with organizations such as T-Mobile, USA Football, and now in e-sports with the Overwatch League's Los Angeles Gladiators, has empowered leaders to create positive and effective corporate culture, build collaborative teams, and perform at their highest levels.
